No. Parents click a Sign Up button in your email, type their name, and they're done. No Google login, no app, no password — it works for every family you can email, in any email client, on any device.
Pick the Parent-Teacher Conferences template, choose a date, time window, and slot duration (10 / 15 / 20 / 30 minutes), and the add-on generates the slots automatically — e.g. eight 15-minute slots from 3:00 to 5:00 PM. Each slot holds one family; once claimed, it shows as taken. Parents get a confirmation with a calendar link and a reminder 24 hours before.
Signups are transactional, so a slot can never be double-booked. The second family sees it as full and can pick another time or join the waitlist — if the first family cancels via their manage link, the waitlisted family is promoted and emailed automatically. Waitlists are free on every plan.
