Billing questions
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Pro and School & Team are yearly Stripe subscriptions you can cancel anytime from the billing portal (there's a button in your dashboard). You keep your plan's features until the end of the billing year, and your sheets are never deleted.
How does billing work?
Plans bill once per year via Stripe — $48/year for Pro, $99/year for School & Team. No monthly plans, no per-participant fees, no surprises. Free requires no card at all.
What happens to my sheets if I downgrade?
They keep working. Existing sheets stay live, participants can still sign up, and waitlists, confirmations, and reminders keep running. Pro-only features simply freeze: you can't change pro-gated settings on old sheets, and new sheets follow Free limits (10 slots, 1 custom question, basic CSV export).
Who counts as a "seat" on School & Team?
Any Google account email you add to your plan — each seat gets full Pro on their own sheets. It's built for the front office, the PTA board, or the coaching staff to share one $99/year subscription instead of buying Pro ten times.
